Refund and Cancellation policy

At Luniya Vinayak Group of Companies, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent experience for all our program participants. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before enrolling in the Nari Shakti International Export Business Program – 2025.


Refund Policy:

  1. 100% Refundable Security Deposit:
    The ₹15,000 security deposit is fully refundable, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned at the time of enrollment.
  2. Eligibility for Refund:
    • A participant may request a refund within 15 days of registration if they choose not to proceed with the program.
    • Refunds will not be processed after training or business setup has been initiated.
  3. Refund Processing Time:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval.
    • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.
  4. Deductions (if applicable):
    • In some cases, administrative or processing charges may be deducted from the refund amount (details will be communicated in advance).

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Program Cancellation by Participant:
    If a participant wishes to cancel their enrollment, they must notify us via email or WhatsApp within 15 days of registration.
  2. Program Cancellation by the Organization:
    In rare cases where we must cancel a session or batch due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be given a full refund or the option to join the next available batch.
  3. No-Show or Inactivity:
    Participants who register but fail to attend training or remain inactive will not be eligible for a refund after the defined window.
