Welcome to the official website of the Nari Shakti International Export Business Program – 2025, operated by Luniya Vinayak Group of Companies. By accessing our website or enrolling in our program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

The program is open exclusively to women aged 18 and above.
Participants must be Indian citizens and provide valid identification and contact details.

2. Enrollment & Payment

A refundable security deposit of ₹15,000 is required to confirm participation.
Payment must be made through authorized methods listed on our website.
Submission of payment confirms acceptance of our refund and cancellation policy.

3. Program Deliverables

Participants will receive:

Assistance with business registration (GST, MSME, IEC, etc.)
A branded e-commerce website setup
Training and certification from UGDC
Support in logistics, branding, and marketing
Access to zero-inventory export model

Note: Timelines for deliverables may vary depending on documentation and active participation.

4. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 15 days of registration.
No refunds will be processed once the training or business setup has started.
Processing time for approved refunds is 7–10 working days.

5. Use of Platform

Participants agree not to misuse the website or services.
Any fraudulent activity or misrepresentation may lead to removal from the program without refund.

6. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All content, training materials, and digital assets are the intellectual property of Luniya Vinayak Group.
Participants are not permitted to reproduce, sell, or redistribute materials without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Luniya Vinayak Group shall not be held liable for any business loss, third-party disputes, or technical interruptions.
The participant assumes full responsibility for their product sourcing, pricing, and customer interaction.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued participation in the program implies acceptance of any such changes.
